The 5 or so spreadsheets your process lives in, joined into a single platform.
Example: inventory, sales, cash closings and reports for all your locations in one place.
Large
around 30 days
Like medium, plus what needs extra care: invoicing and tax matters, artificial intelligence, connections to other systems, or several apps (web, mobile and admin).
Extra large
60 days
A product to sell to the public, not for internal use. Usually an app for your customers and one to manage it, ready to go to market.
Hourly
For adding features to a system you already have, or maintaining it. 2-hour minimum. For reference, a new module usually takes about 5 hours.

How you pay.
- 30% upfront to get started.
- 70% on delivery, once the system works and you've tested it with your team.
- Refundable deposit if you're not convinced by the prototype at the end of the first week.
- I issue invoices. Prices are plus VAT (IVA).
If your business needs a different payment arrangement, let's talk about it.

What you won't pay for.
- Monthly subscriptions. The system is yours; you don't rent it.
- Per-user or per-location fees. Add as many as you need.
- Every button billed like a new app. Small adjustments during the project aren't charged.
- An "extra" for the documentation or the code. They're already yours.
What about the server?
Your system is stored on Google's servers, in a Google account we open in your name and with your card. I never touch that money. For a business with several locations it usually costs between 3 and 60 dollars a month, and I give you the exact figure in writing in the first week, before you decide to continue.
