How your system gets built.
Week 1
You see your system before it exists
I study your process, ask whatever needs asking, and deliver:
- A clickable prototype. You go through the screens as if they already existed. You get 2 rounds of changes until it's what you need.
- The specification. What the system will do, who uses it, what each person can see and what's out of scope. Every decision we make together is put in writing.
- The map of your information. Customers, products, inventory, payments: how it all connects, and how we'll move your current spreadsheets into the system without losing anything.
- The technical blueprint. Where your system will live, how it's protected and how much the server will cost you per month.
If you're not convinced by what you see at the end of this week, I refund your deposit.
The weeks in between
I build it and you watch it come together
- Every week I show you real progress, in a short meeting or with evidence I send you.
- You have access to a portal to follow development whenever you want.
- Your current data is loaded into the system. You don't start from zero.
Final week
You test it with your team
- You and your employees use the system with real cases.
- I fix any bug or loose end.
- I check that the numbers match your real records: if your spreadsheet says $428.52, the system says $428.52.
- When you're satisfied, you pay the remaining 70% and the system goes live.
What you get at the end.
- The infrastructure, in your name. No subscriptions.
- The complete source code.
- The test plan results. What was tested and how it went.
- Your system, live and working.
- The project documentation, so any developer can carry it forward.
After delivery.
- 30-day warranty. If a bug shows up, I look at it within 2 business days and fix it within another 2.
- Monitoring. The system alerts me to errors before you have to.
- Want more? New features or changes are quoted by the hour or as a new project. You decide; there's no mandatory maintenance.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do I need to know about technology?
- No. You know how your business works; I take care of the technical side and explain every decision in terms of your business.
- What if my project is bigger?
- I'll tell you on the call. Bigger projects are split into stages, each one delivered working.
- Can I make changes halfway through?
- Small adjustments, yes. A new feature is quoted separately so the original project isn't delayed.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Your system works on computers and phones.
- Can I bring over my spreadsheets or current data?
- Yes, importing your data is included.
- How many users or locations can I have?
- As many as you need. There's no limit on users or locations.
- Does it work without signal?
- Yes. For routes and job sites, the system saves what you enter and uploads it on its own when the signal comes back.
- Can I get a summary every day?
- Yes. A report with sales, cash closings and shortages from all your locations, by email or WhatsApp at the time you choose.
- What if something happens to you mid-project?
- From the first week, the code and the server account are in your name. Progress is saved every week. You're never back at zero.
